Watch: Setting up your Wifi with your Banham alarm system

If you have changed your wifi provider since your original alarm installation, you may need to pair your new wifi with your Banham alarm. Watch the video below to see how to do this. 

Before you start:

Alarm systems work on a 2.4Ghz internet connection, rather than 5Ghz, for stability and reach. You'll need to make sure your router has 2.4Ghz enabled, most come with this enabled as standard but it's worth checking that yours is activated. If it isn't, contact your internet provider to get this resolved.

To pair your alarm and Wifi:
