How do I update my details with you?

Change of email address or contact number

To notify us of any changes to your email or contact number, please complete our 'Update your Details' form online. View form 

You will need to have your Banham customer account number to hand - you can find this on any invoice, and it's a 9-digit reference beginning with M. 

Change of name, address or keyholder details

For all other changes, including change of name, change of address or change of keyholder details, please call us on 020 7622 5151.
